Two year old chain smoker

The young boy was just two years old from Indonesia. He started to smoke when he was 18 months old in which his father introduced the cigarettes, now hes 2 years old. this young boy consumed two packs of cigarettes per day so that 40 sticks per day. and he bump his head when parents try to stop him. for now he is under the government custody for rehabilitation.
