12) Every draw, 50 subscribers will win P500 worth of load.
13) P500 load prize will not be considered as raffle points to the winning subscribers.
14) Three (3) brand new Hyundai i10 cars are also at stake to be given away.
One (1) Hyundai i10car will be given on the 2nd, 4th and 6th draws.
15) Winners can only win once per raffle draw and if by any chance, the subscriber’s name is
drawn several times, he will get the prize which has the highest value.
16) Winners will be notified via call using SMART’s special access number 7777 or and via
registered mail. A print-ad will also be released to announce the winners.
17) Winning subscribers of Hyundai i10 Car should present 2 valid IDs, the winning mobile
number and the letter coming from SMART to claim the car in the nearest Hyundai
Distributor’s office.
18) If sending a representative, the following must be presented:
i. The notification letter
ii. Two (2) original valid IDs of the winner
iii. Authorization Letter
iv. Two (2) original valid IDs of the representative
19) Smart Communications Inc. will shoulder the 20% winner tax.
20) Prizes unclaimed within 60 days upon notification will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
21) Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
22) SMART employees, advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
What is Load to Wheels Promo?
SMART Buddy Load to Wheels is a promo open to all SMART Buddy subscribers. Subscribers need to register in order to join in the raffle promo. Those registered SMART Buddy subscribers can gain raffle entries in every top-up transactions made. The validity period of the load topped-up corresponds to the number of raffle entries. At the end of the monitoring period, a raffle will be drawn wherein P500 load or a *brand new car (Hyundai i10) will be given away.

How do I get raffle entries?
Upon registration, just load up any amount. The validity period of the load you top-up corresponds to the raffle entries, you’ll get. Example: P15 load = 15 days valid = 15 raffle points
Is pasaload accepted?
Sorry but pasaload is not a valid top-up
How will I know my existing points?
After you top-up, within 48 hrs, we will send your accumulated points. But you can also text POINTS to 5858 to check the number of entries you already accumulated. Free of charge.

How many winners will be drawn?
There will be 50 winners of P500 load every draw. But during the 2nd, 4th and 6th draw, there will be additional 1 winner of Hyundai i10 Car for each draw (total of 51 winners for that specific draws)
If I’m not a winner on the previous draws are my points still considered for the next draws?
All non-winning points of a certain raffle draw is not considered to the next draw. You have to load again in order to gain points for the next draw.
How will I know if I win in the raffle?
You will be notified by a SMART representative via call coming from SMART access number 7777 and a print-ad will be released to announce the list of winners. For the Hyundai i10 Car winners, a mail will also be sent from SMART.
How can I claim my prize?
For P500 load, you will be advised by the SMART representative who called via 7777 as to when you will receive your prize. All you have to do is to keep you phones open on the scheduled crditing of prize for us to successfully load P500 credits.
For Hyundai i10 car, we will advise as to where you can claim your prize, preferably on the nearest Hyundai distributor's office. You just need to present 2 valid IDs., winning mobile number and the letter coming from SMART
How will I know if my P500 load is already credited?
We will send you an SMS notification that your P500 has been credited to you. Please keep your phones open for successful crediting of load and sending of sms notification.
